Established in early 2019, Highland Experience School focuses on providing non-technical training and developing soft skills through outdoor learning with Experiential Learning as its methodology.

HEXs Indonesia employs Experiential Learning, highlighting direct experiences as the main learning tool through stages like Concrete Experience, Reflective Observation, Abstract Conceptualization, and Active Experimentation.
